Why should I spend more money on a home I am trying to sell? 

Staged homes sell faster and can for more $. Not preparing your home to sell, allowing it to sit on the market and become stale will lower your sales price. Do not leave money on the table! Your home is your greatest investment and you should get the return you deserve.   

Why do I need to hire a professional stager?  Can’t I do it myself? 

Most home sellers cannot view their home objectively. Their home is comfortable to them, so they do not see the need to change things. If you don’t see objectively, you can’t package effectively. Wildly Creative Designs, Inc can tranform your home into a marketable product. I will manage your project from beginning to end and deal with any challenges that arise.  If you are a “do-it-yourselfer” I can provide a “to-do” list tailored to your home.  

Can’t buyers just look past my style and picture what they could do with the house? 

Only 10% of buyers can visualize the potential of a home. When buyers walk through properties and start preparing a mental to-do list, they are turned off. When they walk through a home and make a mental list of all the things they love, they emotionally connect with a home, that’s my goal.

Will staging increase the time it takes to get my home on the market and create more selling headaches? 

No way! Most staging can be completed in a few hours to a few days. There will be times when a little extra is needed, but rest assured I am in the business of a quick turn around. You can relax knowing that you have done all the prep work needed to get your home in market condition. With such a beautiful home to offer, you will sell quicker, which means less time enduring open houses and constant showings!

I have already moved and my home is vacant.  Do I still need staging? 

Yes! People don’t buy houses, they buy homes. It is very difficult to highlight the unique features of your home without staging. We need to direct a buyers’ eyes to specific focal points. When a room is kept empty, buyers don’t have a reference point. They focus on negative details. Also, without furniture, rooms can look smaller and sterile. Often times bonus space may be perceived as wasted space if a buyer cannot visualize it's function. Don’t leave buyers guessing, it will only distract from them from making an offer!
